PATHFINDER BASIC STAFF TRAINING COURSE
COURSE CODE: AYMG103
INSTRUCTOR: JUSTUS MULWA
This course is intended to provide basic information about the purpose, structure and ministry of Pathfinders to individuals who are just starting out in the Pathfinder ministry and have little or no prior experience with the program. It is highly recommended that this certification is earned before they begin their participation in the Pathfinder ministry.
- Be at least 16 years
- >Be a Seventh-day Adventist Christian who loves Jesus and is willing to share this love in both words and deeds.
- Intended to be an active Pathfinder staff Member or Be Participating in Master Guide training.

Module 2: Understanding the Pathfinders
Module 3: Club Leadership
Module 4: Club Organization
Module 5: Club Programming and Planning
Module 6: Outreach Ministry
Module 7: Teaching the Pathfinder Curriculum
Module 8: Camping and Outdoor Education
Module 9: Relationship to Adventurer Ministries
Module 10: Teen Leadership Training

A ten(10) hour Basic Staff Training Course is designed to develop awareness in leaders of the basic fundamentals of the Pathfinder club and to help teachers become familiar with the procedures, policies and resources necessary to commence and maintain a Pathfinder club.
